2025 marked a defining stage in our 2X journey, with two years remaining to our 2027 targets, amid continued volatility across the markets in which we operate. Shifting macroeconomic conditions, inflationary pressures, evolving supply chains, and uneven regional growth continue to create complexity across both our Caribbean and international markets. Yet this is an environment we understand—and one we are built to navigate.

ANSA McAL recognises that the expectations of stakeholders continue to evolve, with current and prospective employees, customers, investors, shareholders and community members becoming increasingly interested in companies that are responsible and sustainable.
At ANSA McAL we value the positive impact we have on the communities in which we operate across the Caribbean.
In 2025, we established an IFRS Compliance Roadmap in alignment with the IFRS S1 Standard, focusing on our four highest-impact sectors. These priority sectors — Beverage, Construction, Financial Services, and Manufacturing — were selected for their significant financial, environmental, and social potential.
Our ESG Data Disclosure Report 2025 reflects our commitment to transparency and accountability across our diversified portfolio of businesses. This report presents key environmental, social, and governance data spanning our beverage, finance, chemicals, and other operations.
